One of the highlights of the Annapurna Circuit and Tilicho Lake trek is the detour to Tilicho Lake itself, a sacred body of water nestled amidst towering peaks at an altitude of 4,919 meters (16,138 feet). The journey continues takes trekkers off the beaten path, ascending steep trails and crossing high mountain passes, including the challenging Thorang la Pass, which stands at an elevation of 5,416 meters (17,769 feet). Despite the arduous ascent, the reward is unparalleled as trekkers are greeted by the breathtaking sight of the surrounding snow-capped peaks in all their glory.

30 people 1 destination with Team Sali Trekking

I, my husband, and the other 28 in the group just completed the Annapurna Circuit via Tilicho trek and went back to Malaysia. As it was my first trek to Nepal, I find it a bit tough due to all these stone stairs & cold weather, but trekking was beautiful through the local villages, forest, and walking over the tree lines. It was magical, surrounded by the Himalayas, and I don’t have words to describe. Mr Sali was leading the trip and took care of all the group members throughout the trip. Thanks to all guides and porters for great hospitality. Naturally, Nepal once is not enough. We will come back again Sali and team. Namaste!
